Two Springfield High School students have embarked on a mission to promote awareness about the new food pyramid, recently adopted by nutrition experts, and to educate students about making healthier food choices.

Mariah Vandegriffe and Lindsey Leighton created a Food Pyramid PowerPoint presentation to share with local 4th and 5th graders. They presented their information to Springfield Rotary on April 4th, 2007.
